Rosa Bueno has been a real estate professional since 2005. Works with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial and international transactions. Specialized in short sale listings, bank owned properties and first time buyers. She began working in real estate in 2002 not as a real estate agent but as a real estate investor with her husband. She had a rude awakening on the first deal when they lost a lot of money due to lack of knowledge—and it was then she got her real estate license to have more control of the transaction. She stumbled into short sales while the market was still hot due to a client’s hardship and the rest was history. She has been successfully closing short sales since 2006. Prior to working in real estate she was an Import Specialist for Commercial Textile Shipments with United States Customs Service now the Department of Homeland Security in the Port of Chicago. She Developed Expertise in the Harmonized Tariff System and Commercial Trade Law. Specialized in the North American Free Trade Agreement and Conducted NAFTA verification for Commercial Importations through the Port of Chicago.
